What families are saying about BLS Physical Therapy

We can’t recommend Dr. Brittany Steindl enough! Her sensory motor class has honestly been an amazing experience for our son! Dr. Brittany and her team are incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and positive with all the children. Each week our son looks forward to different obstacle courses, sensory activities, arts and crafts, music and movement time, and more. It is clear that Dr. Brittany has a passion for creating a safe and fun experience so that children of all ability levels can thrive. Thank you, Dr. Brittany!

Dr. Brittany is such a blessing to our family! Over the past five years, our daughter has seen various therapists for gross motor concerns, motor planning and coordination difficulties, as well as sensory integration. She has made more progress with Dr. Brittany in a few months than she did over the course of several years with other therapists. This can be attributed to Dr. Brittany's direct style as well as her ability to develop and maintain an excellent rapport with her patients. She has an abundance of knowledge related to neurophysiological functioning, which allows her to quickly identify how to help a child move past barriers to reach their fullest potential.

I express my deepest gratitude to Kaitlin for her exceptional support. Her remarkable rapport with my teenager, who initially resisted assistance, has been truly amazing! From their first meeting, Kaitlin established a strong connection and effectively guided her towards positive change. Witnessing the remarkable results has been truly gratifying, and we look forward to continuing to work with her.

Great program! Dr. Brittany Steindl does an excellent job of providing quality, fun instruction with individualized attention in a group setting where the participants can practice social skills as well. It is amazing how much they pack into an hour. Our son goes in excited and comes out smiling! As a parent, I enjoy it as much as he does. I have the opportunity to spend the hour connecting with other parents who are in a similar situation as me. We are able to compare notes and provide support & comfort to each other. As I said, a lot is packed into that hour! Highly recommend!

Brittany has been an incredibly supportive therapist for our son Lucas. Her guidance has helped him to improve his gross motor skills, social skills, and build confidence that extends to his daily life at school and with his peers. Brittany has built a deep and trusting relationship with Lucas, which has enabled him to try new things that he once would have found daunting. She is also able to tailor her approach to meet him where he's at, bringing expertise, adaptability, and creativity to his treatment plan. Brittany has created a unique and customized plan and has worked collaboratively with other therapists to ensure a holistic and aligned approach. Furthermore, Brittany is extremely caring and reliable and has gone above and beyond on several occasions when our family faced difficult situations. She is a valuable member of our therapeutic team and someone we can rely on to be there for our son and our family. We are incredibly grateful for Brittany's support!

My 19 month old daughter was still not walking independently (could walk with assistance or with a walker toy). I sought Dr. Brittany Steindl’s services because her inability to walk and figure it out on her own was holding her back from her peers in daycare. She was not able to engage in the same activities at the level of her peers. In just one session, my daughter’s teachers, my husband, and I have noticed a significant improvement in her self-confidence and balance. She was very afraid to walk without help and is now letting go to stand independently for short durations and using only one hand while holding a surface. She is also requesting to walk for enjoyment. We will be doing more sessions with Dr. Brittany, and we are so grateful for her professional expertise in supporting our daughter’s gross motor development!
